So today I filled out my first and only bracket on paper. This is what I call "Dan's bracket of integrity." I will explain later. March Madness is the greatest sporting event of the year. Upests, cinderella, Billy Packer, Dick Vitale, Odd mascots, Diaper Dandies, and most of all office pools. I read a story once that work productivity goes down a GREAT DEAL during March Madness because of all the time spent at watching scores and brackets. BEAUTIFUL! What they can't measure is how much worker morale goes up because come on, how can you not enjoy Bradley upsetting Bill Self and Kansas last year? Or Northwestern State upsetting Iowa. It's good for America and it's good for Dan Fox! So as I sit here and ponder over my bracket I have to think about my bracket integrity!
Bracket Integrity- The process of filling out one bracket for every office/bar pool you are in. Not being the guy who fills out 25 brackets for 25 pools and then when an upset happens you say, "I called that one."
Do us all a favor, don't be that guy! Anybody can fill out a million differnet brackets and maybe predict an upset. Do yourself a huge favor and commit to one bracket and submit it to EVERY pool you are in. When you do call the upset then you can say, "I CALLED THAT ONE!" This should be a man law.
